Return & Exchange Policy

At Zurak BD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure every product is checked before delivery, but if you face any issue, we’re here to help! Please read the policy below carefully:

Return & Exchange Conditions:

1. Quality Assurance:
 
We ensure 100% quality check before dispatching any parcel. The exact size as per your order is sent. Still, if any issue arises, feel free to contact us.
 
2. Reporting Issues:
 
Any issue with the product must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
 
3. Tag & Sticker Condition:
 
  • Product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Tags, labels, stickers, and packaging must remain intact.
  • Any torn or removed tags will make the return ineligible.
 
4. No Stains or Damage Accepted:
 
Products with stains, perfume smells, damages, or signs of use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
 
5. Exchange Only (No Refunds):
 
We currently offer exchange only. Refunds are only provided if the item is out of stock or unavailable.
 
6. Size Issues:
 
If the wrong size is delivered by our mistake, we will replace it at no extra cost.
 
If the wrong size is ordered by the customer, we can exchange it — courier charges will be borne by the customer.
 
 
7. Color Variation:
 
Slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Such variations are not considered product defects.
 
8. Delivery Charges:
 
If exchange is required due to a customer’s mistake, both-way delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
 

📦 Non-Returnable Products:

  • Customized or name-printed jerseys

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Items without tags or signs of use

🔁 Processing Time:

  • Exchange or resolution may take 3-5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
